Lady when I got home. This process is crazy! I was not aware of how hard this was going to be. Not to mention it cost money and I was told it wouldn't. From what I heard today he might not even qualify but we'll see on Monday. Anyway, I spent my time with out Aiden. I can't wait to pick him up.

I had my first baby shower on Saturday, October the 11 th. It was my family shower in Ennis at my aunt's. House My hostesses did an amazing job of decorating. Everything was so cute! As you can see in the picture Aiden's nursery is going to be an animal theme. Baby Shower For Aiden! I thought this was so cute!

Aiden had another incredible shower last Saturday at Granny G's house (aka Aaron's mom.) This is a picture of my amazing hostesses, my mother-in-law and her sister Aunt Vicki. She had the cutest favors for the guests. Aiden got tons of precious outfits! I hope he can wear all of them before he out grows them.

Wednesday, June 11, 2008. We recently took an afternoon to visit the Fort Worth Stockyards. We had a wonderful time exploring the streets and the local shops. We had a fabulous steak lunch and enjoyed watching the cattle drive down Exchange Parkway . There are lots of museums and restaurants that we would like to visit on our next trip. Monday, May 26, 2008. Christy rode back with us from Pensacola to interview for a job here in Dallas. We are so excited that she was offered the job and accepted! It will be so much fun to have her here! While she was here, we took a trip to the zoo. Decorating butterflies in the nature room. We traveled to Florida the first week of May for my youngest sister's graduation from Pensacola Christian College. We had an awesome time! Christy and her classmates from Vermont. Thursday, December 27, 2007. Here are some photos from Christmas morning - Ian really enjoyed pulling the tissue paper out of the bags. Tonight, Bill and Sharon took us to a Hibachi grill for dinner. Ian was a little frightened of the fire, but loved watching the chef in his bright red hat. Then we went for ice cream - I got eggnog flavored and it was great! Sunday, December 23, 2007. Outside of downtown Houston, an Australian artist painted the trunks of a grove of trees with special blue paint. The paint symbolizes the destruction of the rain forests - the blue paint will fade aways , just as the rain forests are fading away. We took the kids and Carson to experience the blue forest.
