Sunday, September 29, 2013. Colorado Springs/My 33rd Birthday. We went to Colorado Springs this year for my birthday. We've never been and we have some friends down there so we thought it would be a good time to go. We've heard a lot about the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Garden of the Gods so those were the main things we wanted to do up there. We got there in the afternoon and Z booked me a prenatal massage which was awesome! Not only did we get to feed giraffes but we also got to feed elephants!

Thursday, April 25, 2013. I can't believe he is 3, I know every year I say he is growing too fast but 3 is old! I remember when Aiden was a baby & I would see my friend's kids turning 3, I would think to myself, "that's really old, I don't ever want Aiden to be that old", and here it is.3! He's so independent now. He's goes potty by himself, washes his hands by himself, gets dressed by himself, puts his dishes in the sink, cleans his room.he's even going to start preschool in August! Such a sweet boy!

All in all it was a wonderful, beautiful, relaxing day. Recipe for the cream cheese frosting:. 8 oz of cream cheese (softened). 2 tbs of butter (softened). 4 cups of powdered sugar. I had my first adjustment yesterday afternoon. I was expecting to be in more pain today, but it isn't that bad. I can feel more pressure on my teeth but nothing unbearable. In the last month, I have been snacking a lot less and eating healthier, and I have only been drinking water and milk! The results - I've lost about 8 pounds!
