Ecuador is an amazing country that is about double the size of New York State. It is packed with jaw-dropping scenery that sings glory to God with all of its beauty, variety, and grand majesty spanning from tropical jungles. Last night, the girl who lives next to me and I cooked and ate dinner together! On to tonight's dinner. and my dinner for the next week, for that matter (thank you Guatemalan hospitality.) Chinese food! One of my student's parents own a big Chinese resturaunt here. (Dad is Chinese, Mom is Guatemalan.love the diversity! I've eaten there many times, and these people are super hospitable.
