A keeper for sure. Sweet and Tangy Hawaiian Chicken. 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast cut into cubes. 1 cup of flour. Spices to season flour (example: salt, pepper, garlic and turmeric). 16 oz pineapple juice (or flesh of 1 pineapple blended and strained). 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

My kids had a good laugh while reminiscing recently about how I previewed Hannah Montana before letting them watch it many years ago. That show eventually became a family favorite. Eventually, as parents we get to the point where we can no longer monitor everything. But by 16 and 17 years old, a solid foundation of character is already formed in our children.
