We were having an issue where our workflows would run fine for a day but then no new workflow instances could be be started. Wasn't anything extraordinary; around 100 new instances per day. We were not dealing with a high-load problem. We would see were as follows:. Any existing workflows would continue running. Only new workflows could not be started. Which includes a threading fix.
