I haven't been on the scale in years, outside of a doctor's office, and I couldn't be happier. Today, I care more about. Feeling strong than feeling skinny. How my clothes fit than the number on the label. Knowing the food I put into my body is nutritious, not just low calorie. Loving who I am, not who I am not.
