My interest in the Alexander Technique began, when due to recurring severe back pain, I was looking for a way. Get better, and to prevent further episodes. In Alexander Technique, I found a wonderful tool to do this with. I liked it so much, that I embarked on a three years’ training course, partly to ensure my own continued well-being, but also to pass this technique on to others. I am a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique [STAT].
