Monday, May 21 2007. I am going to be reading the CSIRO diet books later this week when I get my hands on a copy of them! If I can find a way to give them a go I will. Worked out 5 times at Curves. Saturday, Apr 28 2007. Well, I have worked out 5 times at Curves so far and I am really enjoying it! The machines are fairly easy to use, I find the ones that work the upper body easier and I enjoy them more. The ones that work my stomach and side muscles, my body doesn’t like one bit!
