Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Serifos : platys gialos and dyo gialoudia. It's been almost a week since I got back from Serifos and I am still trying to get used to the fact that I am not there. This time we did a bit of exploring on parts of the islands we don't often go to like Platys Gialos, where we stopped for some coffee and ended up having ouzo and meze. Saturday, January 31, 2015. Eyes to the wind. These colors, this song. This Saturday I spend at the office and not at home. This past year and this change I long for. Monday, January 5, 2015. Taking the ferry instead of the metro. Having the family over for Christmas has been pure bliss and taking the ferry from Dubai Marina to the Creek proved to be much more interesting than I expected. Monday, August 17, 2015. Spent the last week showing off Dubai to Nikoleta who was visiting from Greece. It's nice to get to show off the city you live in. You get to love it a bit more. Pictures are randomly shot at: the Dubai museum, Bastakyia neighbourhood, Atlantis Aquadventure - with lots of excitement and a lot of sweat. I love you Dubai, but your heat is unbearable at times. Wednesday, June 10, 2015. A few years ago I used to despise you Sundays. For the moody afternoons and the strange feeling of Monday lurking in the atmosphere. A few years back I hated you Fridays, for your traffic jams and your non existent parking spots. I feared you Saturdays would show up and I would have made no plans, having to spend yet another evening in front of my computer. I missed the cliche of a Sunday night spent at the movies, or watching Dancing with the Stars - whatever.

Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Finally changing jobs and looking towards a better future, which will include proper weekends, more time spent on photography and more activities with loved ones. Finally bought myself a new laptop, which is the most expensive thing I have probably bought in all my life. Finally gotten into stitching.
