She suggested that I get tested for the Rubella and Chicken Pox vaccines to make sure I had them in my system. She also recommended that I get a mammogram done since I'm in my late 30s and they don't do mammograms on women who are pregnant or breast feeding. Maybe don't feel it as much. I went off the pill when we left for our trip in August. We took one month "off" to give my body time to adjust to being off the pill, and then the baby making began in earnest (read: lots of sex! Over the years I have watched friends go through the getting pregnant thing, and I always told myself that I wouldn't be one of those people. Yeah, not so well.
