Our trip down from Glacier National Park took us through Missoula, Butte, the Anaconda Trail, Philipsburg and onto Bozeman then over to the north gate of Yellowstone. A whirlwind trip. Roger Stacey Tinker Bandit. Thursday, June 21, 2012. Our little (one tree) orchard is ready to harvest. This year, the cherry tree was loaded with so many cherries, we were afraid the birds would feast upon it before we could get the cherries picked, so we invested in some netting to protect the little red fruits before they ripened. It worked! We have been sneaking some here and there and finally decided to get busy and pick them. Look at that branch! It is begging to have it's burden relieved!

Derek and Dorothy were there on that day, as well as Michael and my parents. My Dad was so happy to be there. He shared memories of his boyhood and coming to Whitby on a school trip (field trip).
