Accessible Attire: Black and White and Red All Over
http://accessibleattire.blogspot.com/2011/06/black-and-white-and-red-all-over.html
I started this blog to help myself track my fashion evolution. I have gotten a lot of inspiration from other bloggers out there, and maybe someday I can do the same for someone else. Thursday, June 9, 2011. Black and White and Red All Over. Maybe not all over. just a punch of red at my feet. This skirt is another recent thrift find - it still had new tags on it and only cost $6! It's a teensy bight tight at the waist and I couldn't get the zipper up the last 1/2 inch, so a threw a belt on top and boom!

Monday, January 31, 2011. 30 for 30 Picks. It was really hard to pick my 30 items. I still don't know if I made good decisions since this is my first challenge, but I guess I'll find out soon! These all look so boring. Pants: Brown pants (Express), Black pants (Express), Grey pants (H&M), Skinny jeans (Old Navy). Skirts: Den...

I started this blog to help myself track my fashion evolution. I have gotten a lot of inspiration from other bloggers out there, and maybe someday I can do the same for someone else. Tuesday, August 9, 2011. EBEW - Pattern Mixing Challenge. After I had already gotten dressed for the day I realized that it was the day for the Everybody, Everywear. Monthly challenge. This month the theme was pattern mixing, and I just so happened to wear a very mixed pattern outfit, so I thought I'd better participate.

Charlotte's Chitter Chatter: Crafty
http://lilianril.blogspot.com/2012/10/crafty.html
I've slowly been learning how to use my Silhouette. I finally figured out how to create a cuttable image out of any image, and started putting it to good use. First up, I created an image of a disc golf basket on vinyl to put on our cars so we can show our support everywhere we go. I think they turned out really great! Sunday, October 14, 2012. Charlotte's Chitter Chatter: December 2011
http://lilianril.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
I'm still loving the red and white outside lights. We made a trek down to Modern Display in SLC to buy replacement bulbs. We had tons of lights out and couldn't find replacements anywhere else. I ordered more paper lanterns in a rainbow of colors so that I can have the colors I want for every holiday. Wednesday, December 21, 2011. Links to this post. Christmas Lights at Temple Square. The peachy-pink and yellowy-orange trees were my favorites. All bundled up. It was COLD outside! My poor toes were frozen.

Charlotte's Chitter Chatter: May 2011
http://lilianril.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
I was so proud of myself this year. I actually made Mother's Day presents for my mom and mom-in-law. For my MIL I made a couple of pillow covers. I had actually planned on doing this project last year, but I couldn't find the right fabrics and then I procrastinated and things just took too long. This year I got it done on schedule. My mom loves everything wooly, so I started with these felted wool balls I found on Etsy. I just loved the colors, and that each one was unique. Sunday, May 15, 2011. We went ...

Charlotte's Chitter Chatter: November 2011
http://lilianril.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
We got a couple of pineapples in our most recent Bountiful Basket. When scrolling through Pinterest a while ago, I remembered seeing that you can grow another pineapple plant by just using the leaves of an eaten pineapple, so we decided to give it a shot. We mostly got our info from this. Video Hopefully we will see some growth soon, and I won't kill it like I do most plants. I'll try and keep you updated! Monday, November 21, 2011. Charlotte's Chitter Chatter: June 2011
http://lilianril.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
It was our turn to host family night for June. I thought hard about an activity we could do that would be fun, and I decided we should frost sugar cookies! The night started with dinner: french dip, corn on the cob and fruit salad. It was all very tasty. Then we looked at some photos while we let dinner settle. A bit later we broke out the frosting and went to town. And look at all our beautiful creations! Thursday, June 09, 2011. Links to this post. Our Tree is Finally a Home. Monday, June 06, 2011.

And this is what it looked like when I opened the door:. It was such a great surprise and I wasn't expecting any of it. Pat knew they were doing something because he had to make sure they had a way into the house, but he didn't give me any clue. This is to be my birthday and Christmas present this year, but I can't think of anything better. It really made my day better after it started out so disappointingly. Thank you Mom, Dad and Kait! You guys are the best family anyone could ask for! We had lots of s...
