Old London Town - drageon1
http://drageon1.livejournal.com/5752.html
Arrived in London last Thursday and promptly received a couriered delivery of champagne from Transworld to welcome me to the UK and to celebrate the September publication of The Two Pearls of Wisdom. I felt very special. Thanks, Transworld - it was delicious! The last few days have been full of shopping, snoozing and eating including the traditional afternoon tea at Fortnum and Masons with my good friend Lynny. Four courses of sheer bliss. Yum. Cheers for now,. Middot Leave a comment.

Great Review in 'The Times' - drageon1
http://drageon1.livejournal.com/6428.html
Great Review in 'The Times'. I just got a great review in The Times, the big UK daily newspaper! My book was reviewed alongside new books by Neal Stephenson and Greg Bear (which was exciting in itself) and my favourite line from the review is:. This intelligent, vividly written tale grips from the first page.". Middot Leave a comment. On October 11th, 2008 11:10 pm (UTC). How come your books have different titles? One is Two Pearls of Wisdom, and the other is, Eon: . something =S. I would love to catch u...

Lizzy's Musings: Tired of Inanity
http://lizzysmusings.blogspot.com/2008/10/tired-of-inanity.html
Thursday, October 30, 2008. One of my colleagues at work is driving me nuts. She is dim, beyond anything I have ever come across. Dim and self-obsessed. I have to explain big words to her. She only listens to part of conversations and instructions. She is older than me, has been here longer, but no one really seems to like her. She obsesses about little things each day:. Wednesday it was back to her female problems and what a struggle it is to get into the office and how bitterly cold it was. I am so tir...

Lizzy's Musings: February 2008
http://lizzysmusings.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 23, 2008. I am really excited about the new music coming to the market in 2008. I've not really paid that much attention to music the past few months, being completely wrapped up in my coursework. Music was there to see me through my journey to and from work. On weekends it was invariably just listening to the radio. I've discovered Adele,. Another lady whom I can't wait to see live or own the cd of is Duffy. Not only is she gorgeous, killer dimples, and very talented, her music is ama...
