Married to the Air Force with Kids Life as a stay-at-home-mom and an officer's wife. Thursday, November 4, 2010. Fall has finally hit Florida Panhandle. Pumpkin Pecan Gooey Cake. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. 1 box yellow cake mix- reserve 1 cup from the mix for the topping. 1 stick melted butter. Mix ingredients for crust and press into 9x13 pan and put aside. 1 cup brown sugar. 2/3 cup evaporated milk. 189; tsp cinnamon. 189; tsp pumpkin pie spice. Mix filling and pour over top of crust.

I start out by waking up and getting out of bed, then going to find Mommy, as she usually wakes up first. I call for her, sometimes I cry, but usually not if she meets me half way in the hall!
