November 18, 2016} Out of the Fog. Fortunately, I feel like I’m emerging from the fog. Today I took a shower for the first time in a week. I don’t feel hopeless. I am slightly more interested in the things I need to do. But I wanted to write about it because I think sometimes it seems like I’m fine, when I’m most definitely not. And maybe that is helpful for others to know. Maybe it’s just helpful for me to put it into words, for my own sanity. Here’s to the end of the semester! September 6, 2016} Settled.
