Just recently (Thursday/Wednesday night to be exact) Tootfairy and I went around tootsville to look for clues about a flood that recently we have heard about. the latest thing we have is:. 1 The Sewer Line is only near the Toot Troop HQ's and there is mysterious water hanging around the Super World and in the Toot Troop base (at square).
