好久沒好好吃頓飯 , 也很久沒吃日本料理了. 壽司/生魚片一直是我的最愛. 朋友也是 , 所以這天她推薦我到她家附近的一間日本料理店-匯壽司。 說到永貞路 , 熟永和的人應該都知道這條路是以熱炒店聞名的. 而這間小小的日本料理店 , 其實就開在很有名的"上介青"旁邊. 朋友說 , 這間日本料理的師父從前是在三井的 , 所以料理、盤飾. 都跟三井頗像 , 她叫它"小三井". 第一道料理- 是用梅醋佐海菜、魚肝及鮭魚卵. 放在雞尾酒杯裡 , 就活像杯飲料一般般. 味道適中-不酸不嗆 , 微酸的梅醋也好開胃。 再來是生魚片上桌. 魚肉新鮮肉質自然沒話說. (這是2人份套餐生魚片). 海鮮沙拉- 和風醬汁襯托新鮮海鮮的鮮甜. 蔬菜水果也暫時緩和剛剛吃的魚肉殘留在嘴裡的味道. 套餐主菜-烤羊排. 炸的酥脆的牛蒡絲 燉得軟爛的洋蔥即有濃郁醬汁的羊小排 , 羊味很重 , 但不腥. 朋友的套餐主菜-鮭魚排 , 說不上味道好不好 , 但油了一點. 兩人份的握壽司. 四種類都不錯吃 , 其實吃到這道我已經飽得差不多了. 看起來沒多少道菜 , 其實吃得很撐呢. 可惜我們來之前沒預約 , 沒能打折呢! 就這樣 , 完成簡易的晚餐.

自己動手樂趣多- 2007.12.26辣子雞丁. 自從看了妙廚老爹.鑽研料理 , 三不五時就會和朋友約好要煮點東西. 今天他想吃點"辣辣"的東西. 剛好我在部落格上看見"辣子雞丁". 做法很容易 , 所以就想試試. 1雞肉切成一口大小塊狀的大小 , 用醬料醃置約10-15分鐘。 2熱鍋倒油 , 將蒜末及乾辣椒爆香。 雖然做得不是挺道地的 , 不過自己覺得味道還不錯 , 挺下飯的. 不過一直在想少了什麼味道. 是花椒嗎? 沒青菜也不行. 但懶得炒.就去麵攤買份燙青菜 W. 就這樣 , 完成簡易的晚餐. 想吃點小吃的時候 , 就想來去師大夜市. 可以吃的東西很多 , 可以逛逛的小店也不少. 有名的小吃絕對不只"燈籠滷味".不過今天去是衝著在網路上看見大家說好吃的" 雞房重地鹹水雞. 在前去師大夜市之前 , 我一直想要吃吃上次嚐到的好味道-" 一吃獨秀臭豆腐. 想想上次還要排隊排好久才有位置坐. 這次去它搬家了 從攤子變成了店面 , 可能是換成店面後很多人找不到 , 雖然生意也還是不錯 , 但總覺得不似上次來時那樣好. 老闆娘還是很熱心的說有多好吃. 誠意感染不少人 口味也依舊沒變! 炸的酥脆的臭豆腐 , 裡頭是綠色的. 據說好吃的原因是因為每天都用新鮮的油來油炸 , 且豆腐之所以是綠色的是因為使用天然青草配方浸泡而成 , 所以味道十分濃郁- 非常的臭 , 但咬在嘴裡卻是口齒留香 這就是它的魅力了! 店家推薦吃臭豆腐要再配上一碗"米粉羹" , 米粉是是純米製成 , 口感滑潤 , 還加了菜脯 , 多了另一種風味. 與外面吃到的米粉湯很不一樣. 吃完臭豆腐&米粉羹. 還不過癮. 來到師大夜市 , 怎能錯過" 許記生煎包. 鹹水雞攤子排了好長一排人龍. 但都說是為了它來的. 怎麼能不排? 漸漸滴漸漸滴....
