January 2, 2016. January 2, 2016. I couldn’t believe how simple these were when I first made them now, they are my go to quick recipe for yummy cookies! 2 tablespoons golden syrup. Pre heat the open to 180 C /350 F / gas mark 4. Melt the butter in a saucepan on a medium heat. When the butter is melted take the pan of the heat. Add the sugar and the golden syrup and stir.
