It was a decision based on the terrible job economy, incoming bills, and two months of unemployment after being sacked by my old job. What am I doing? Det kan på flere måter minne om smoothie, men lassi er opprinnelig ikke søt. Kom over denne. Oppskriften, og syns jeg måtte dele den vidre. Skikkelig frisk og god, med herlig påskefarge, og en real boost for imunforsvaret! Denne lassien inneholder både gurkemeie og ingefær, som er proppfult av antioksidanter. Til ca 4 glass trenger du. 2 ts raspet, frisk ingefær. 2 - 3 ts honning.
