Living in Lusaka: church
http://livinginlusaka.blogspot.com/2008/07/church.html
3 months doing HIV research in Zambia. Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Despite the best attempts for normality, I am treated a bit differently. For example, one lady asked me to talk to her daughter and try to get her to come to church. I was like "I don't know your daughter. Why would she care if I told her to go to church? And then I remembered I was white and that is why she was asking. But she wanted me to call the girl so I don't really know why me being white would help out there. July 2, 2008 at 6:38 PM.

We all woke up fairly late and made ourselves a huge breakfast - muffins, pancakes, omelets, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice. It was probably one of the nicer meals I've had here in Zambia.
