Well I recorded my food intake not sure we got this spread sheet been doing it there dont see anyone else doing so shot my coach an email to see what is up but she said she sent out the 2nd spreadsheet but it will not let me in? Will clean that up tomorrow and logged my WOD's too! Well tomorrow will be our first Team WOD see what JT and HR has instore for us. So here is what my week looked like.

Well this is what I did this evening, 3 rounds 15 OH 25lbs bumper walking lunges 25 sit ups 8lb medball 15 squats OH 25lb bumber plate 15 push ups 15 medball cleans 25 russian twist Time 13:56 hot like a mutha now for rest of evening chores. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. 7 weeks Challenge done,but doesn't mean I stop here! 7 weeks are done from the Trojan Challenge. But this isnt the stopping point in my journey of the healthy lifestyle I want to live. Well needless to say I had my splurge Sat after Garage Gym Throwdown. Then on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Now Back to it. And of course add more biking an running! I have my normal sch class day s Tues/ Thur with Zach 5:30 and on Fridays with Zach 6:45 strength training. So far this week WODS.
