Blog - Going For It! Who knew exercise could be so fun? My treadmill days are over! I've tried almost every type of workout from step classes, personal trainers, Pilates and home DVDs, but nothing compares to the exhilarating feeling of Zumba! For class locations and schedules, visit Darbie's Zumba page. I also recently earned my Group Instructor Certification from AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). Darbie leading Zumba class at Sequoia Middle School.
