DREAMING OF THE SNAPSHOT AESTHETIC. The subjective objectivity and dirty, confessional realism of the snapshot aesthetic completely enchant me. I love the ability of the camera to capture actual events with a sense of anachronistic realism. My goal is to create simple photographs where the attention is on the moment, but where the context remains an ambiguous pseudo-fiction with which you can imagine any narrative. This is my year in photography school. February 11, 2009. Dear fashion photography friends.

I am currently working with several different clay bodies, fired in a salt-soda kiln. I restrict myself to only a few slips and glazes. I find myself very inspired as well as challenges working within these confines. It allows me an intimacy and interaction throughout the whole process. Contact Linda at 828-230-6235.
