http://sherriehilliard.blogspot.com/2012/08/just-over-hilltop.html
Sherrie Hilliard's "Mini" Moments. Friday, August 31, 2012. Just Over the Hilltop". I liked this one because the clouds look they are actually touching the top of the hill. Little Mollie was good enough to pose for me on this bright and b-e-a-t-i-f-u-l day. She loved getting all dressed up to go out on the "mountain". To her, it was no hill! Labels: 6x8 0il on masonite. I love this series.the little girls and the dresses.all so well done! I just love it. Where do you get your models? Bonus Promo Red Card.

Darla McDowell: September 2014
http://darlamcdowell.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 22, 2014. Still Life with Sterling Pitcher and Cantaloupe. After too many days away, my fingers feel rusty. I hope you're enjoying the last day of summer. Happy Monday! Thursday, September 11, 2014. The background on this painting is more of a cool brown than black. I hope it looks correct on your monitor, but if not, I wanted to mention the difference. Daily Paintworks has an alternate image feature now, and I think it will be great for adding detail shots. Wednesday, September 10, 2014.

Judy B Baker Art Studio: March 2014
http://judybakerart.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Judy B Baker Art Studio. My artistic journey - one brush stroke at a time. Monday, March 31, 2014. Oil 5 x 7. I placed these cantaloupe slices on a sheet of glass to see what interesting reflections I could get by moving my light around to different positions. As you know, I love reflections whether they are on glass, water or any shiny surface. This glass did not disappoint, and I had fun painting this one. Have a great Monday and wonderful week! Thank you for your visit. Friday, March 28, 2014. Promote...

Darla McDowell: Temple Bottle with Grapes and Fig
http://darlamcdowell.blogspot.com/2015/07/temple-bottle-with-grapes-and-fig.html
Sunday, July 19, 2015. Temple Bottle with Grapes and Fig. Usually, I spend my Sunday cooking and puttering around the house, but this week, I finished with all of my chores on Saturday. So, today has been spent blissfully painting in my pajamas. I'm thankful for an understanding husband that doesn't mind my craziness. Life is pretty sweet. My favorite part of this painting is the pureness of the morning light. It is a bit bigger than normal and measures 9x12 inches. Labels: 9x12 Oil on Linen panel.

Darla McDowell: Balance
http://darlamcdowell.blogspot.com/2015/07/balance.html
Tuesday, July 14, 2015. On Sunday, Dad picked a bushel of the most beautiful peaches for me. With all of the wonderful rain, this has been an incredible summer. The fruit trees are loaded with abundant produce. I don't remember a summer quite like it. After so many drought years, it feels like such a blessing. Balance, in life and in nature, is a good thing. I hope your week is off to a great beginning! Labels: 6x7 oil on linen panel. This is amazing Darla! July 14, 2015 at 4:27 PM. Just gorgeous, Darla!

Wanda Rottenfusser Studio THE BLUERIDGE MYTHS: A Fool's Journey (Cradle to Grave): November 2014
http://wandarottenfusser.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
THE BLUERIDGE MYTHS: A Fool's Journey (Cradle to Grave). This series explores the hero's journey (everyman) from cradle to grave sometimes accompanied by a cast of archetypal companions. My aim is to explore the uniqueness of the human experience by means of pictorial investigation. This blog will provide some hints as to the narratives but the final interpretation will be up to you. This then is my version of the truth through wavy rose-coloured glasses. Sit back, open a beer, and enjoy! Sue ChurchGrant...
