My journey on the Dr. Simeon's HCG diet. This is a two serving chili. Measure the total and eat half. 2 servings or 7 oz. 97% lean ground beef. 6 oz chopped onion. 1 small bit of hot pepper. 1 can organic chopped tomatoes. 3 t chili powder. 1 pinch dried cilantro. Brown ground beef and saute onion, pepper, garlic all together in some of the juice of the canned tomatoes. Add tomatoes. Add spices. Simmer for thirty minutes. Tell Me Something Good. As I do with all exciting things in my life, I called Susie.
