During the weekend already she was pretty much in a wheelchair full time. Dad often had to assist her with eating and drinking. Then, they waited for a bit for her appointment and prescription pick up. It is all getting pretty routine now. She has been vomiting more frequently lately and her balance is off. Strength for Today, Hope for Tomorrow. Wednesday June 12, 2013. Yesterday Dad and Mom were off to Abby Hospital for the appointment with the cancer doctor. Mom had her normal blood work and urinalysis done. Mom was given the unfortunate news that they found new spots in her head and in her lung. Despite that bad news, there was slight improvement on the current locations and the x-ray on her leg showed nothing there; thankfully! Obviously, these are not the results we were hoping for! Strength for Today, Hope for Tomorrow. Friday October 4, 2013. Hello all . here is a small update . Mom has pretty much lost all her hearing. The last couple weeks we have been communicating on paper. She will often write her answers but will occasionally answer aloud. For the most part her answers make sense and she still will ask relevant personal questions. It is a blessing to know that her memory is still there even though sometimes a bit fuzzy. 2 Corinthians 4 16-18. October 5, 2013 at 9:30 AM.

Strength for Today, Hope for Tomorrow. May 30, 2013 Update. Things are going smoothly and have not changed much since the last update. A while back, Mom had a x-ray done on her leg. We don't really know why but the doctor said he saw something there on a previous scan and wanted to check up on it. As of right now, Mom has no pain or discomfort there. We have not yet heard any results yet. Here are some upcoming appointments . May 30 Family doctor - thyroid medication refill. Great is Thy Faithfulness.
