Monday, June 13, 2011. I want to lose weight. Diet, exercise, rinse, and repeat. I get it. But today I learned the most inspiring way to lose weight. TRY ON WEDDING DRESSES. Nothing makes me feel gross and smushy more than trying on a wedding dress and realizing I'd like to be about four sizes smaller.
