I know it isn't healthy but it is the best pumpkin pie recipe ever). Makes 2 pies or 1 with extra filling. 1 big sugar pie or baby pam pumpkin. 1 can lowfat evaporated milk. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. 3 1/2 cups pumpkin glop. Friday, August 29, 2014. It's amazing how life can get in the way of a simple thing like typing up a blog post. On Caleb's 2nd birthday Mike and I decided we wanted to start trying to have a second child. We have always wanted two kids. With Zoey and with Caleb I got pregnant within the first month or two of trying. This time around it hasn't been so easy. It is nice to know that it is finally working and we got all the medications and process figured out. I feel so much less stressed now.
