Thursday, September 9, 2010. At the end of May, my family went on a Caribbean cruise to St. Maarten, Haiti, and Puerto Rico. We had a blast! It was a belated Christmas present from my parents! Saturday, January 16, 2010. The other day I decided I was ready for a change and decided to chop my hair off! It was a little scary at first but I totally love it! Saturday, January 9, 2010. For Halloween this year we went trick or treating with some friends and their kids! We then went over to a friends house for dinner! Don't we look scary? For labor day this year we were lucky enough to have my parents come and visit Ohio for a few days! We had a blast! Thanks for coming mom and dad! BJ and Jenn Holt.

Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Waves at Lake Erie? I was so excited and felt a little more like I was at home! Sam was even excited to find what he calls a "Cloud Factory". Saturday, May 29, 2010. Samuel Woodard, D.O. Sam has finally done it! He graduated from Medical School on May 15th. I am so proud of him and all that he has accomplished! We will be moving to Philadelphia soon so that Sam can start his surgical residency program through PCOM. We are excited for the move and the next adventure in our lives! The Game On diet works off accountability and competition. Everyone pays a $10 entry. You then work with your team (those who will hold you accountable) to beat all other teams (your competition) for cash and other prizes. 1 Sleep at least 6 hours a night. 2 Drink 3 liters of water a day. 3 Exercise 20 minutes a day. 5 Weigh-in once a week.
