Bringing the Highlands Home. Friday, 29 May 2009. Who has short hair? I have short hair! So, these aren't the best pictures but it's rather difficult trying to take a picture of the back of your head by yourself. It took me a while to get shots that I liked enough to put up here. Whenever I took one, I didn't like how my hair looked- but I like it in person. Weird, I know. But, these will have to do for now. Now it's your turn to go for a crazy new haircut, Emily! Bringing the Highlands Home. Wednesday, 19 August 2009. Every Sunday night there is a quiz with four rounds of 10 questions. There are usually 15-20 teams and the winner of each round gets some chocolate, with the overall prize being a £30 bar tab. Bringing the Highlands Home. Monday, 29 December 2008. Tim Hortons in Scotland! Imagine my excitement when I found a corner shop that sold Tim Hortons coffee and doughnuts? All in all, it was a little disappointing and not a very good representation of Tim Hortons, but having the cup in my room is a nice reminder of home. Always fresh, always Tim Hortons. Monday, May 20, 2013. Dylan's 4th birthday party was a bug theme. Daily he wants to go fishing and has had this party planned since we started talking about Derek's party back in October. Everything to Dylan is "boring" if he doesn't want to do something. He is the sweetest boy with a streak of determination and independence that can not be matched. He is in the 97% for height and 90% for weight. He would wear shorts and a "cool" shirt everyday no matter the temperature. Sunday, May 12, 2013.
