Monday, April 6, 2015. Spring Break is a curse, and a blessing. In one way, it is a glorious relaxation period that I'm sure if I didn't have I would not make it to the end of the school year. Thursday, December 18, 2014. This silent war was getting to a point where even my friends sounded doubtful when they tried to fight my accusations. I really can't recall another time when I was sure that someone was angry with me, and I had no idea why. I had just about reached the point where I felt I would explode if they continued to ignore me. I missed talking to them. I missed them even acknowledging my existence. I missed them. Which I actually enjoy most of the time and gives me an opportunity to try out new recipes! Its a little more time consuming but definitely worth making! We decided to add more chicken than called for and instead of strips we cubed them! Thankfully I had Dallen there to give me hand! Super easy and SO Yummy! This meal was a hit with my whole family!

Thursday, May 14, 2015. White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies. Im so in love with these cookies! Probably in my top three! Super easy and so worth it! The only thing that I do different from this recipe. Is instead of 1 1/4 cup or flour I do 1 1/2 cup! They turn out a lot better if I do. I give this recipe a 9 out of 10! This recipe just looked so yummy! Which must be why I made it because I don't usually choose beef and broccoli but this recipe just wasn't too shabby and supper easy to make!

We didn't have vinegar and I broke my garlic mincer so I didn't add either of those.
