Wondering what to do with the leftovers from a St. Patrick's Day feast? Here is a wonderful recipe. . 3 lb red potatoes, quartered. 1 head of cabbage (it is 15 cents a pound. At my market right now! 1/2 c plus 2 T. butter. separated. 1 tsp minced garlic. 4 green onions, sliced. May sub leeks. White pepper to taste. 1 1/4 c. hot milk. 3 Girls and a Guy.
