Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Running. Races, recipes and life. Altitude Baking: Chocolate Chip Cookies →. June 11, 2013. And I’m back. After 2.5 months of rest I am back to running, slowly. I started last week with just ten minutes at a time and am now up to 15. I’m wearing compression sleeves as a precaution and so far so good, no pain in my shin or calf where I had my stress fracture (knock on wood! Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Running. Races, recipes and life. Newer posts →. Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies? April 26, 2013. The recipe said they rivaled soft batch, so I wanted to test them out. The verdict… add salt, but other than that they were great! Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies. 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed.

Last week was a great week back after a couple extremely busy weeks that made for some lousy weeks of running – or more appropriately barely running. I put in nearly 40 miles last week though – all easy paced to start getting back on track – and felt really great doing it. Here’s the day-by-day breakdown:. I got myself out the door after work for 3 easy miles on the W&OD at about an 8:45 pace. I got up ear...

Lindsay's marathon training blog. Monday, 7 February 2011. K was a new event for NHRR and February's run of the month. Since my last post I suffered a little bit from a cold (but luckily not as bad as Mr C and Little Miss C) so I hadn't run so I suppose I should have been well rested! It took us about an hour to get to Irchester Country Park. All in all I'd recommend this race, nice atmosphere, nice course and nice cafe. Thursday, 3 February 2011. February - has a corner been turned? Hopefully I have tur...

Mi Vida en la Perla del Pacifico | South American adventures…
Mi Vida en la Perla del Pacifico. South American adventures…. January 13, 2012 at 3:55 pm · Filed under Uncategorized. There are two seasons here: Summer and Winter…or DRY and WET! We have officially entered the rainy season. It rains intermittently but often. Today I left my apartment to go to work and on my walk to where I catch the bus it went from no rain, to sprinkling, to pouring in a matter of minutes. I have not yet learned the art of waiting it out apparently! My sister is coming to visit me and...
L-MO: One word at a time.
L-MO: One word at a time. Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9. Wednesday, December 7, 2016. When you came to Grahamwood in sixth grade wearing Umbros and an oversized t-shirt, I knew we were going to be good friends. However, I had no idea what we had ahead of us. So much of who I am, what I've done, and what my life has looked like since high school is directly correlated to having you as my best friend.
