Just another WordPress.com site. Quinoa and Pesto Dinner. A nice alternative to cooking pasta all the time. 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water (perfect for two people). Sunflower seed oil/olive oil. 3 cloves of garlic (or 100…that works too). Spinach (a good handful). 3-4 tablespoons of your favourite pesto. Other delectable things: chicken breast, BACON, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, tofu, asparagus, mushrooms eggplant…let your imagination run wild! Get the quinoa started in your rice cooker/pot.

These are some of my favourite spots in London, On:. A fantastic vegan resaurant with lovely people, beautiful meals, and trustworthy (organic, local, fairtrade) ingredients.
