Sunday, June 14, 2015. Funfetti triple chocolate chip cookie bars. That's right, TRIPLE chocolate chip cookie bars. There are so many goodies in these things you'll think it's a typo! Semisweet #whitechocolate #milkchocolate #didimentionshortening. My version slightly adapted from Something Swanky-. I didn't have butter extract so I used a smidge extra (technical terms only here at Lindsay's Menu) of both vanilla and almond extracts to make up the difference. Enjoy! Monday, March 17, 2014. Eating your vegetables doesn't mean resigning to a lifetime of salads. You can take those same salad themes- Greek, Southwestern, anything really- and transform it into toppings for roasted sweet potatoes, or zucchini nachos, for example. These stuffed sweet potatoes adapted from Averie Cooks. Are a delicious- and healthier way- to get our Mexican food fix. Ole! 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed. Kernels from 2 ears of corn. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup shredded cheese.

The kids loved the free popcorn and the energy that comes with being in a room full of Steeler fans. Every time we cheered, Ashton said, "Mom, that's too loud!
