Makes two 10-inch shells. 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature. 4 large egg yolks. 1 1/2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract. 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Add yolks, one at a time; beat well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Add flour and salt; beat until mixture just comes together. Makes one 10-inch cake. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface.

The Best Hot Chocolate Ever. 10 oz best quality bitter-sweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped. Combine chocolate and milk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until chocolate is melted and milk is very hot and frothy, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla; pour into blender, filling halfway. 1 Cup Peanut Butter. 1/3 cup light corn syrup. Cook syrup, sugar, and water to 310 F. Remove from heat. Stir in warmed peanut butter (warm slightly in microwave). Until well blended. Pour into a greased (buttered) 8" X 8" pan. Score mixture into desired size bars. When COMPLETELY cool, dip in melted milk chocolate. Use a double boiler to SLOWLY melt) and set on wax paper. Chicken and Corn chili. 2 C chicken broth. 1 3/4 tsp cumin. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1 145 oz can diced tomatoes with jalapenos (rotel). 1 1/2 C frozen corn. 2 cans white cannelini beans. Put onion, chicken, broth, pepper, jalapeno, 1 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 salt into crockpot. Cook on high for four hours. Shred chicken and add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly.
