Everyone has an opinion. But truth can only be told as one version. Sharing that truth is the role of a journalist. For my senior project at Lancaster Bible College, I started a news site – for students and by students. It’s called Focus. I built the infrastructure and designed the site starting in fall 2014. I worked as the managing editor-in-chief until graduating from LBC in May 2016. One of the best summers of my life was spent in the newsroom of Lancaster Newspapers. Doug & Kate Proposal.

Http:/ lndsy.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/IMG 0062-0.mp4. 생일 선물로 받은 도라에몽 완성. 겟잇뷰티에서 이하늬가 작은 도자기 그릇으로 페이스마사지 하는걸 본 적있는데, 유투브에 중국식 우동스푼으로 비슷하게 마사지 하는 방법이 올라와 있어서 정리해 본다. 준비물은 우동 스푼과 페이스 오일. 부분 별로 10분 이상하면 피부에 무리가 갈 수 있다는거 명심하고, 시작하기 전 페이스 오일을 마사지 부위에 잘 발라준다. 이마는 스푼으로 5분 정도 쓸어올린 후. 스푼 옆면을 이용하여 원하는 강도로 눈썹을 따라 쓸어주면 짱 시원. 역시 마무리는 관자놀이. 눈썹과 코 사이의 부드러운 뼈를 스푼 뒷 부분으로 마사지 하여 근육을 풀어줌. 콧망울 마사지는 호르몬 조절에 도움을 줌 (여드름 등). 스푼의 옆면을 이용하여 뺨을 20회 정도 쓸어올림. 스푼 뒷면을 이용하여 광대뼈 옆 부분을 눌러줌. 귀 아래 부분에서 목쪽으로 쓸어 내림.
