I was 15 weeks yesterday. Wednesday I went to the doctor and heard the heartbeat again - so fun :). The baby had hiccups (the midwife said) while she was listening to the heartbeat. So far everything is going really well. I feel good, Wade's home from grad school and gearing up for CDS to start. The glider and the crib came in, so the nursery is even starting to take shape! Me at 15 weeks. whoa, starting to pop out. Even from the front. I can't believe it's so soon - can't wait! Posted by Kim Tapp. Gotta...

bansheewigs are sold out!: Things I remember...
http://bansheewigs.blogspot.com/2007/08/things-i-remember.html
Bansheewigs are sold out! Wednesday, August 1. I also remember cussing for the first time. I was like 6 or something and I called my sister an "ass" when we were playing some game. I think my mom just laughed. Losing my first tooth after biting into a chewy cookie. Seeing 'ET' in the theatre. Laughing so hard that I hit my head on my bed frame and then got a concussion. The babysitter was taking care of us. After we dropped her off, I puked in the car all over the place. Labels: in my life.

the blog of kimness: Caden is here!
http://blogofkimness.blogspot.com/2011/01/caden-is-here.html
Eight days ago, our sweet Caden Mitchell Tapp joined us at 1:34 am, on January 22, 2011. He was 8 lbs, 9 oz, and 20.5 inches long. I was in labor for about 18 hours from the time I was induced Friday morning. It was a very long day, and there were points where I wasn't making any progress and the nurses suggested I could just go home and come back another day. But I'm so glad my body finally kicked into gear and allowed Caden to come before I had to do that! Posted by Kim Tapp. March 9, 2011 at 11:16 PM.

Beginning a busy fall. This first weekend of October kicked off a busy fall - so many fun things between now and Thanksgiving - I can't wait! I know it will make the time FLY before Caden gets here. So, we stayed for most of the first half, then walked up to the Pit and Student Stores, and I got one belly pic for the road. Evidence of Caden's first trip to Chapel Hill! Life is always a journey with Lisa.: Ordination
http://lisaholmlund.blogspot.com/2009/06/ordination.html
Life is always a journey with Lisa. Tuesday, June 30, 2009. I am sitting in my office on this first day back to work after I have now been ordained. I found the article that shared about my ordination service. I am posting it here so I don't forget about it. One of the highlights for me was having my dad be the one to pray over me during the service. You can see us together in the third picture below that was on the Covenant Website. Novak: We Need ‘Culture of Conversation’ About Jesus. Following Paul...

Cate and Timmy's World: January 2013
http://catevg.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Cate and Timmy's World. Join us for our adventures with Cate and Timmy! Monday, January 7, 2013. The Week After Christmas. We didn't really have any plans for the week after Christmas. I figured that the second week of school vacation would be kind of slow and lazy and that by the end of the week, we would be ready for our regular schedule. Timmy's main complaint during the hike was that he was hungry (as usual), so after the 45 minute hike, we stopped for bagels on the way home. We also picked out n...

Cate and Timmy's World: June 2012
http://catevg.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Cate and Timmy's World. Join us for our adventures with Cate and Timmy! Wednesday, June 13, 2012. The beginning of summer usually marks the start of a few slower, lazier months. Since Cate and Timmy weren't in school in the spring, and summer weather has been here for quite awhile, I found myself feeling like there was no great change of pace. Beyond swimming, Cate and Timmy are each taking a class this summer. Cate is taking dance and Timmy is doing soccer with Tim. Although I would like for our days to...

Cate and Timmy's World: April 2013
http://catevg.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Cate and Timmy's World. Join us for our adventures with Cate and Timmy! Monday, April 15, 2013. The Big Events and the Everyday. Just like February, March flew by in flash. We did a lot of our regular, everyday stuff and there were a few highlights too. We worked on some sight words with play doh after rest time (thank you, Pinterest for helping me to come up with an emergency, exciting, learning activity when I am desperate in the afternoon). There was carnival at a church just a few minutes from our ho...

4 months and counting. My deepest apologies for my blog neglect. I always seem to put stuff on Facebook and then never make it any farther than that! Our sweet boy is growing, growing, growing, and getting cuter by the day. He'll be FIVE months next week - holy cow. He is sitting and standing if you hold his hands, grabbing toys and stuffed animals, putting things in his mouth, rolling over, eating solid food, and it probably won't be too long before he's crawling! Else put him to bed - no sir. We got hi...
