Monday, July 25, 2011. We have a dilemma in the living room. After two years of settling into our home, I can't believe we didn't notice. We have our friends/contractor working in the kitchen to install a new slate back splash, and we have been combing through magazines to find the perfect/cost effective solution for our not so attractive fireplace mantel. This is maddening for two spacial-perfectionist. (Each in our own way, and I admit Philip's eye is a bit more trained than mine.). Posted by a likens.

Ok - so I know that title doesn't really make sense, because I'm not going to teach you how to whale watch - but I just liked it. So, I wrote it. :-). Today was such an adventure - and COLD! We leave for Campbell River tomorrow where we're going to Salmon fish, whale watch and go on some wildlife adventure tour - should be interesting! Forget the whales.I am excited to have a Jim sighting! I do love my wine.

So yesterday was a little bit of a crazy - and busy day! We started off bright and early on a whale watching tour - on one of those little zodiac boats. So fun!
