Thursday, January 7, 2010. Wednesday's Dinner: Beef Stroganoff. Back with another blog entry, I thought maybe it would be easier if I just posted what I cooked for dinner last night! Granted, if you wanted the recipe for a different night this week you might have gotten a recipe for French toast, but I feel like last night's dinner was worth sharing. 1 1/2 lb sirloin tips, pounded and cut into 2"x 1/2" strips. 4 Tbsp vegetable oil. 8 oz white mushrooms, sliced thin. 1 onion, chopped fine. 1/3 c white wine.

And is in SC for his school. We have seen him twice. FRIEND EVER here in TN moved.I'm still not fully recovered. Church set up is way CRAZIER! We have a TON of rooms to set-up now. I still love it with my whole heart. TN has changed my life. It so AWESOMELY AMAZING! Everyone here is just SO nice! I LOVE YOU ALL!
