Friday, November 15, 2013. Pioneer Woman's White Chicken Enchiladas Dairy and Gluten Free (mostly). This enchilada recipe from the Pioneer Woman is one of my favorite homemade dishes. And now that we've eliminated dairy and gluten from our diets the challenge is to find great substitutes.
