Lindyworks is Toronto Lindy Hop. S annual weekend of workshop wonderfulness! It’s all about Lindy Hop and Vernacular Jazz dancing. Our goal is to put on a weekend of solid dance instruction that both challenges and inspires dancers during the day and to host evening parties that feature the best swinging jazz music and are a big bushel of fun. Past workshop instructors include Evita Arce and Michael Jagger, Lennart Westerlund and Ewa Burak, Daniel and Åsa Heedman, and Brittany and Dargoff.

It wasn’t a very large scene, but she quickly came to love lindy hop, charleston, jazz, vintage clothing, 20s, 30s and 40s history, and everything involved. Jack and Jill $5. Register as a Lead or a Follow at the door on Friday night. In preliminary rounds dancers are randomly paired with a different partner for several rounds, dancing to a new song each round. Dancers are judges as an individual in the preliminary rounds. The finals will be held during the Saturday night dance. Finalists will be randomly paired with a partner and will be judged as a couple. Designed by Elegant Themes.
