Sybil decided to move to Lingondale after a personal tragedy. This is a new start. Sybil is a trained seamstress, but haven't been practising since Stephanie was born, but now she wants to set up a new shop. Cedric and Melia Walnut meet grew up in Lingondale and knew from the very beginning that this was were they wanted to live. Cedric wants to get a library in town, as well as an archive. Hazel loves yellow and the spring, she loves drying leafs for scrapbooking memories, and Ralph loves playing with Winton. What a perfect gift!

I think it's the perfect time to cuddle up and eat lots of yummy, warm things, that aren't as bleak as the weather is! Here are two pictures from an upcoming story! Arthur Osborne always knew that he would own a toy shop, and when he found the one in Lingondale for sale he decided to move his family, quit his job as a school teacher and settled down in the quiet town. His family loved the new place, as they were all quite adventurous, and Carol quickly started the first book club in Lingondale!

Wednesday, 19 August 2015. Just a quick update. Very little has been going on with Hawthorn Bay in the past month and a half. There've been no new arrivals and I haven't made anything for them recently as I've been working on some other things. My collection has expanded quite quickly - up until April 2014 I only had 1 Sylvanian figure (Sophie Snow-Warren who I mentioned in my first post. My first building (Madeline's Boutique, as mentioned in my second post. Was purchased secondhand in October last year.

Wednesday, 28 October 2015. It's been a while since there've been any new additions to Hawthorn Bay, but last week I received the 1998 Tomy Village Bakery. It's my third (& final? Sylvanian bakery and you might be wondering why on earth Hawthorn Bay needs so many. Bakeries. Well obviously it doesn't. I just love the bakery buildings and wanted all three.
