If you are considering joining our service then why not try us out for free? It will give you the chance to spend a day/session with us, for us to get to know each other a bit and for you to get an idea if you might enjoy the project FREE OF CHARGE! Talk to us about what taster sessions we have available. Please call us for a referral form and we can fill it in over the phone, post, fax or send you by e-mail. Want to find out more about us? Is a new and exciting service for adults with learning disabilities. We offer a community based small group support service and we have our own base room in Kirkdale Community Centre. We are just five minutes away from Liverpool City Centre and are close to the South Sefton border. With others to deliver projects in sports, office and world of work, life skills/personal development, community gardening, arts and we run our own social day called Funtastic Fridays! The staff who have set up Linkin In.

You can use our service by paying with your direct payments (self directed support), personal budget or by talking to your Care Manager. We support people in small groups. Please get in touch with us to talk about our support prices. Our price includes some community activities eg Wheels for All sessions and art sessions. If you have higher support needs this can be discussed on an individual basis. We have really good public transport links by bus and train for those people who are independant travellers.

How we will support you. We base our service on the principles of Valuing People. These are rights, choices, independence and inclusion. We are a person centred service. Our staff are trained in person centred planning. We will listen to what you want and what you are interested in. We will listen to what you want to achieve and how we can support you with this,. We will support you to speak up and be heard. We will make an individual plan with you. We will find out what support you may need.

Bueno, quería mencionar varias cosillas en esta entrada. Han pasado unos cuantos diillas, y con ello varios acontecimientos que merecen ser mencionados aquí. Sigamos.
