Back to Nature Series. 我曾寫過一篇文章說到 抽象畫對於台灣的女性藝術發展的重要性，我認為抽象畫本身就具有女性非常強烈的解放與自主的表現，是對於傳統 閨秀畫 一個很大的對比，雖然抽象畫看不到所謂的社會議題，也沒有性器官圖像的表現，但我認為抽象畫具有女性解放之時代意義。 但回台灣之後又回到了父權思想很深的環境而很不釋放，尤其加入 二號公寓 後對社會與文化議題感受加深，且逐漸意識到身為一個女性除了工作教書又要發展當 代藝術是很辛苦的。 另外，看到 二號公寓 多數還是以男性作品受到藝術界的矚目，那時候深覺得自己好像 蛹 般的想破繭而出，可是不知出口在那裡? 1993年終於突破困難到澳洲攻讀博士尋求出口，也在大量接觸 女性主義藝術 論述與作品後才逐漸自覺 原來整個人類藝術史在女性主義之前就沒有女大師出現過，甚至有清楚的認知藝術史是男性的手與觀點所寫的，作品是在男性 的標準下被定位的。 到了 1999年921大地震令我有了很大的改變，我目睹人類以科技破壞大自然而遭大自然反撲，以及列國先知洪以利亞帶領我們要回...

Chemistry is an interactive installation exploring the chemical reaction between strangers. It is inspired by tactile communication methods used by insects. Kinect was used to detect users when they enter the interaction area, bump into strangers, and leave. All of our code was written in Processing. We used several contributed libraries including Minim and SimpleOpenNi. We used Max/msp to create the sound effects triggered when people bump into each other. Which chemical element are you?
