Vegetable One Dish Pie. Yesterday was a Vegetarian day. I have changed to vegetarian some three years back and can confidently say that I don’t miss meat. Some vegetarians don’t eat even mushrooms and I have still not gone to that extent. Today I dedicate this dish for all the vegetarians. I have added some mushrooms in this dish but you can avoid it and go on a wild ride using any vegetable you want. This Quantity will be quiet enough for three person. Vegetables of your choice. Things required for making Set Dosa. Urid dal hand ful. Brown rice Poha 2 table spoon. Curd to soak poha. Soak Millet and Urid dal together for half an hour. Wash and Soak Poha in curd for few minutes. Grind millets, Urid dal and poha together with salt into smooth paste, ferment over night.
