Aqui les dejo un link con el manual para instalar el driver de tarjeta inalambrica Encore (Realtek RLT8185L,8187L, 8187R) ya que como muchos que usamos este tipo de placas tenemos muchos problemas con la señal de esta, tanto en linux como en windows, pero en este caso el manual sera solamente para Linux, a mi me funciono de maravilla y ahora no se desconecta y tiene una envidiable señal.
