We started our TPA fifteen years ago, we had the option of buying into a claims administration system provided by one of the large System houses: or, to build a new system. After reviewing the costs and restrictions required by the large System houses, we did not find any claim payment systems that were truly built to service our clients in a cost effective manner. Lion Tech also provides unbundled back room services:. Printing and mailing of EOBs.

Claim-Pro is our software package for TPAs and self funded employers. Claim Processing and Adjudication. Can be used to process medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and other types of claims. Easy to use windows based claim entry and adjudication form. Tracking of who adjudicated a claim and when. Ability to do voids, reversals, and corrections in a tractable and accountable way. Ability to print claims received via EDI. Can view insured statistics such as deductible at any point in time.
