Ok so a few, very small number of colleges have decided to disregard the SAT scores, but this really doesn’t help students, like myself, who wish to attend a rather well-known institution. Ok so maybe I am the very weird one out of 200 students whose GPA and SAT range is like the bottom of the ocean to the sun. But oh my! 15 dollars to send AP scores per school and what 9 dollars to send SAT scores?

You have nightmares about SATs and AP tests. Your weekends no longer consist of hanging out with friends, but rather, with studying for standardized tests, and if you’re lucky, with catching up on some sleep. You walk around the junior hallway and see fellow zombies like yourself. My life for the next two months.

I recently read an interesting news article on MSNBC News called “Boy Photoshops girl: A Flickr love story.” It was about a man, Aaron Nace and a woman, Rosie Hardy, who fell in love through Flickr.com and ended up becoming an official couple.
