Running for my life. An ordinary runner going long. Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Sometimes you need to take a second look at your goals. Moments. I was burnt out and out of steam. Sure, I can fit that training in before the sun comes up but longer distances require more hours. Fitting in 3-4 hour runs before work is another animal entirely.
